UAB “TLSC” (TLSC) is responsible for the processing of personal and (or) company details as stated in this privacy statement.

Personal and/or company details we process

TLSC processes your personal and (or) company details because you use our services and (or) because you have provided us these details voluntarily.

Following details we process:

  • First and last name / company name;
  • Adress details;
  • Telephone number;
  • E-mail address;
  • Bank account.

Special and (or) personally sensitive details we process

Our website and (or) services are not intended to be used for collection of sensitive personal and (or) company details. If you are convinced about us, collecting personal details we should not have from yourself, without your permission, please contact us at info@tlsc.lt. We will then delete this information upon your request.

The purpose and reason for collecting personal and company data

TLSC processes your personal and (or) company details for following purposes:

  • Processing your payment;
  • Get in contact with you by phone or email if this is required to perform our services;
  • To deliver goods and services to you;
  • TLSC also collects details from you because we have legal obligations for this. One example is for VAT purposes.

Automated decisions

TLSC does not make any decisions with possible (high impact) consequences for persons and (or) companies, based on automated processes. This means that no changes are based on results of computer software or systems, without intervention of employees of e.g. TLSC.

Within TLSC we use the following computer programs and systems:

Impresspages

This system is specifically designed in order of TLSC and handles all our needs for order processing. From purchasing, order taking and processing until the printing of invoices for customers and checking invoices from suppliers.

In order to be able to provide our services and processes correctly, all customer and supplier details are safely stored in this system. Unauthorized usage is prevented by usage of unique passwords for all different users and the existence of layers of responsibility throughout the program.

Microsoft Outlook / Gmail

For email purposes, and to be able to stay in contact with our customers and suppliers, TLSC makes use of Microsoft Outlook in combination with Gmail. Also for these programs, employees have their own passwords preventing unauthorized usage.

Storage period for personal and company details

TLSC does not store your details any longer than we should, other than to achieve the goals for which we have obtained them.

This is applicable for all details as mentioned under subject ”Personal and (or) company details we process” from this privacy statement.

Sharing your personal and (or) company details with third parties

TLSC does not sell your details to any third party and will only share them with others if this is needed for execution of our agreement which we have with you or if we are lawfully obliged to do so.

With companies using your details, we close a processing agreement ensuring the same level of security and confidentiality of your details. TLSC will remain responsible for this.

Cookies or similar techniques

The TLSC website only uses Google anonymous cookies. These cannot be connected to a company name, name of employee, email address or in any other way.

These details are stored for an undefined period, within Google Analytics and not within TLSC.

View, amend or delete your details

You have the right to see which of your details we have stored and to amend or to delete them. Besides that, you have the right to withdraw your permission for processing details or to object against the processing of your details by TLSC and you have the right to ask for data portability. This means you can request us to send the details we have of you, to yourself or to another company, appointed by you.

A request for viewing, amendment, deletion or portability of your data, as well as your request for withdrawal or objection can be addressed to info@tlsc.lt.

To ensure the request is from yourself, we ask you to enclose a copy of your identification. In this copy, the picture, the MRZ (machine readable zone containing the numbers at the bottom of your ID card), passport number and social security number have to be covered. In this way we can protect your privacy. A response to your request will be send soonest, but no later than within 4 weeks.

TLSC also wants to make you aware of the possibility to address a complaint to State Data Protection Inspectorate, the Lithuanian national authority for protecting privacy.

How we protect your personal details

For TLSC, protecting your details is serious business. For this reason, we do all we can to avoid misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure or unauthorized modification.
